Der Turm ist ein aufregendes und unterhaltsames Ger\u00e4t, das traditionell von Joseph Pilates als Cadillac entworfen wurde. Wir bieten es in einer kompakteren und studiofreundlicheren Version an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Was zu erwarten ist:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>kleine spezielle Klassen (max. 6 Teilnehmer)<\/li><li>mehr Kraft und Widerstand<\/li><li>eine tiefere Dehnungserfahrung<\/li><li>Spa\u00df Spa\u00df Spa\u00df!<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Buchen Sie Ihre Turmklassen mit Ihrer regul\u00e4ren Mattenkarte. Der Preis betr\u00e4gt 1,5 Credits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NEUER ZEITPLAN &amp; BUCHUNG<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir haben einen neuen Zeitplan! Dies wird sich in den n\u00e4chsten zwei Monaten \u00e4ndern, um neue Turmklassen aufzunehmen und unsere neuen Trainer willkommen zu hei\u00dfen. Wir werden Sie \u00fcber \u00c4nderungen auf unserer Website informieren. Ab 2020 sind alle Klassen 55 min. Sie k\u00f6nnen bis zu 5 Tage im Voraus und 3 Stunden vor dem Unterricht buchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>NEUES TEAM<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir freuen uns sehr, neue Trainer in unserem Team begr\u00fc\u00dfen zu d\u00fcrfen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Julie wird unsere Sonntagsklassen am 19.
